Backbends are naturally energizing and conjure up a playful, almost childlike quality within us. This flow will feature multiple variations of backbends to prepare us for our peak pose known as camel or Ustrasana in Sanskrit. We’ll focus on creating flexion in the chest, increasing shoulder mobility and flexibility throughout the spine.
