This Yoga flow will feature an adaptable variation of an inversion against a wall with 2 chairs. This option is a great place to start for folks who are new to inversions and want to add them to their practice. The chairs and wall also keep the practice safe as you build the shoulder and core strength to eventually progress to the headstand known as Sirsasana.

Here’s what you’ll need:

– 2 identical chairs that are the same size and height
– 2 blankets
– A sticky yoga mat positioned by a free/clear wall
